TrackMy Welcomes Boulder Community Health

Boulder Community Health, a nonprofit, integrated health system based in Boulder, Colorado, serving the region through its hospitals, clinics, and outpatient network, has selected TrackMy to modernize its employee health workflows and replace its existing approach built within its Epic electronic health record system.
A Forward-Thinking Approach to Employee Health
The decision follows an evaluation process in which Boulder Community Health identified an opportunity to modernize its employee health program by streamlining workflows, increasing automation, and enhancing integration across systems.
While their use of Epic provided a strong clinical foundation, BCH saw the potential to implement a more purpose-built approach tailored specifically to employee health workflows.
Rather than continuing to extend existing systems beyond their intended use, BCH took a thoughtful and strategic approach to explore platforms that could streamline processes, strengthen compliance, and unlock greater operational efficiency.
From the outset, several opportunities for improvement were identified:
Reducing reliance on custom-built workflows and simplifying ongoing system management
Automating onboarding processes that relied on email coordination and manual document handling
Improving visibility and reporting to support decision-making and compliance tracking
Better connecting systems across their ecosystem, including ATS (Simplr), HRIS (Premier), and Epic
Their goal was not simply to replace a system. It was to evolve their employee health program into a more automated, connected, and scalable model.
What BCH Was Looking For
Throughout the evaluation, Boulder Community Health focused on finding a solution that could simplify and modernize operations without adding complexity. A key priority was automating onboarding workflows directly from HR and ATS systems, reducing manual coordination and back-and-forth communication. They also wanted to introduce more self-service capabilities so employees could schedule appointments and complete requirements independently.
Visibility into compliance was equally important. BCH needed a centralized way to track immunizations, fit testing, exposures, and ongoing requirements while simplifying NHSN and other regulatory reporting. Flexibility also played a major role. Any solution needed to integrate seamlessly with Epic, Simplr, and Premier, while offering configurable workflows that could evolve with their organization.
Ultimately, BCH was not just looking for new software, but a more efficient and streamlined approach to managing employee health.
