Reid Health, a nonprofit regional health system serving east-central Indiana and west-central Ohio, has selected TrackMy's Employee Health EHR to modernize employee health compliance across its organization. The system officially went live with TrackMy on June 16, 2026. Based at its main campus in Richmond, Indiana, Reid Health traces its roots back more than a century and today operates more than 40 locations across eight counties in two states. Its hospital is a regional referral center with a Level III trauma center and primary stroke designation, and the system employs roughly 3,500 people.
The transition from Immuware to TrackMy supports Reid Health's broader effort to modernize employee health operations through greater automation, seamless HR integration, and streamlined compliance management. A part of this automation will be that TrackMy exchanges data with Reid's HR platforms, so a new hire's account and assigned requirements are created automatically at hire rather than keyed in by hand. Other automations include NHSN influenza regulatory reporting that Reid previously handled manually in spreadsheets.
New Hires and employees will now be able to manage their employee health requirements from their phones, such as completing health forms, retrieving vaccine records, and tracking what is still outstanding for them through a web-based portal. Through TrackMy’s sole-source connection to state immunization registries, they can retrieve their vaccination history and push it into their employee health chart within seconds. Not only does this create health and safety benefits, but it also removes much of the paper chasing that slows clinical gap identification and onboarding. TrackMy's compliance engine then monitors each person's status and flags anything that falls out of compliance.
The platform also handles respiratory fit testing and OSHA medical evaluations, including support for multiple records per person each year, and gives managers PHI-friendly reporting that shows team compliance without exposing protected health information. Coverage spans employees and non-employees alike, including volunteers, students, residents, LIPs, and contractors, under a single organization-wide license.
TrackMy, based in Kansas City, delivers employee and student health compliance solutions to more than 70 healthcare organizations and higher education institutions nationwide. The platform is SOC 2 Type II certified, hosted on AWS, and purpose-built to help organizations simplify compliance, reduce administrative burden, and improve operational efficiency.
