Bozeman Health has selected TrackMy’s Employee Health EHR after evaluating multiple
employee health platforms, choosing a purpose-built system that met its priorities for security and for consolidating a fragmented set of workflows. The TrackMy EHR goes live in September 2026.
Bozeman Health is an integrated nonprofit health system serving southwest Montana and the largest private employer in Gallatin County, with about 2,900 employees. It operates two hospitals, led by the Level III trauma-designated Bozeman Health Deaconess Regional Medical Center, along with neighborhood clinics and care sites across the region.
Before the change, the employee health team managed compliance across a patchwork of tools, including Excel, various tech stacks, and manual processes. This created double documentation, which added administrative and clinical load and left room for items to slip. As a result, Bozeman Health set out to consolidate employee health compliance into one integrated platform.
Security was central to the decision. Additionally, Bozeman Health sought a platform built specifically for employee health, and built with security in mind, rather than a general tool bent to fit employee health. As a result, TrackMy was selected. The TrackMy EHR is hosted on AWS, is SOC 2 Type II certified, and supports single sign-on and multi-factor authentication, with role-based access that limits each user, whether employee, clinician, manager, or administrator, to what their role requires.
On the onboarding and Employee Health workflow side, TrackMy exchanges data with Workday to create accounts and assign role-based requirements at hire, allows new hires and employees to retrieve immunization records from the Montana state registry, and validates clinical and CDC guidance in seconds. Additionally, the TrackMy platform allows uses to complete OSHA medical evaluations, clinical users to send orders to the lab and files results back to the employee record, manages exposure and incident cases with OSHA 300 and 301 reporting, and automates NHSN flu regulatory reporting.
TrackMy, based in Kansas City, has delivered employee and student health compliance to more than 70 organizations across healthcare and higher education.
