Bothwell Evaluates the Market and Selects TrackMy for Employee Health

Bothwell Regional Health Center will go live in with TrackMy Fall 2026. They are a not-for-profit community hospital in Sedalia, Missouri, Bothwell has served west-central Missouri since 1930. It employs more than 750 people and about 100 physicians, and runs Meditech as its clinical EHR.

Bothwell had been managing employee health in its existing platform and was looking for a more modern, streamlined approach to workforce health compliance. New hires can securely retrieve their immunization records from the Missouri Immunization Information System and participating state registries in as little as 30 seconds using TrackMy's exclusive registry connections. They can also submit exemption, declination, and accommodation requests, complete digital health forms, and manage many employee health requirements independently. The platform also streamlines NHSN influenza reporting, respiratory fit testing, OSHA medical evaluations, and other key employee health workflows. Managers have access to PHI-friendly dashboards and reports that provide real-time compliance visibility without exposing protected health information. A single organization-wide license supports employees, volunteers, students, residents, licensed independent practitioners (LIPs), contractors, and other affiliated personnel.
