Employees and non-employees can easily submit accommodation or declination requests through a secure digital workflow, eliminating manual paperwork and disconnected processes.

 

Once submitted, Employee Health and administrative teams can review each request, request additional information, and document approval or denial decisions directly within the platform. All supporting documentation is securely stored and tied to the individual’s record, creating a complete and traceable history.

Upon final determination, TrackMy automatically updates the individual’s compliance status, ensuring accurate records without manual intervention.
